3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit card, etc.

  • If payment is declined, we are not obligated to fulfill your order.

  • In the event of pricing or stock errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options such as standard, express, and U.S. warehouse shipping. Customers may choose their preferred method during checkout.

  • Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated separately from product prices and are based on package weight and volume—not the number of items.

  • Multiple Items: When possible, items in the same order are shipped together. If part of your order is delayed, we may ship available items first at no additional cost.

  • Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to customs clearance, courier issues, or unforeseen events.

  • Guarantee: If your order is not delivered within 45 days from the ship date (60 days for Brazil), you may request a full refund or reshipment.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number that can be used on tracking platforms (e.g., 17track.net).

  • No Free Shipping: All shipping fees are charged separately and are not included in the product price.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds and returns are subject to our Refund & Return Policy .

  • Items damaged in transit or incorrect items received must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

6. Customs & Import Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • IYANKA is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • All content on the IYANKA website—including logos, images, product descriptions, and text—remains the intellectual property of IYANKA and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

  • IYANKA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
