1. Shipping Methods & Cost Calculation

  • IYANKA offers multiple shipping options—such as standard, express, and U.S. warehouse shipping—tailored to fit different destinations and timelines. You’ll have the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout. 

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately from product prices and are based on the volume and weight of your package—not the number of items. This approach helps reduce logistics costs, especially for bulk orders.

  • For U.S. warehouse shipping, IYANKA dispatches your order from China (typically via DHL), then hands it off to USPS for final delivery—resulting in a combined transit time of approximately 10–15 days. 

2. Handling Multiple Items Per Order

  • Generally, all items in a single order shipping to the same address will be packaged together. However, in some cases where inventory arrives at different times, we may ship partial orders early—at no extra shipping cost—to ensure timely delivery of available items.

3. Shipping Guarantee & Delivery Delays

  • IYANKA supports a full refund or resend if your package has not been successfully delivered within 45 days from the date it ships. This delivery window extends to 60 days for Brazil. 

  • Note: Delivery estimates (e.g., processing plus transit times) are informative and may vary due to factors like customs delays, extreme weather, or courier-related issues. 

4. Tracking Your Shipment

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. You can use this number to monitor its status—e.g., through services like 17track.net.

5. No Free Shipping Provided

  • Shipping costs are always charged separately based on your package’s specifics. IYANKA does not include shipping in the product price.
