CANCELLATION

IYANKA accepts order cancellations within 24 hours after payment but before items are shipped.

If it’s over 24 hours but before the items are shipped, and you still want to cancel the order for personal reasons, 9.65% of the handling fee will be charged, which will be directly deducted from your refund amount.
You can submit a cancellation request from your order list. IYANKA will approve or refuse your request depending on the status of your order. If the order is canceled, the refund will be returned to account within 3-5 business days.
RETURN & REFUND
At IYANKA, we ensure every piece of clothing is well-packed and dispatched, and any changes are communicated promptly to avoid inconvenience. Please check that all items are received in good condition and are not damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Please note:

Slight differences may exist between product pictures and the actual item due to lighting or screen features.

The material of items is subject to the description and actual product images.

Quality issues do not include minor thread problems.

Odor from special fabrics will disappear after a few days or after washing.
If you receive an order under the conditions above, notify us within 2 days of receiving your order by sending an image of the original receipt to info@iyanka.com via email or message. You can find their contact details on your IYANKA Account page. If the originally ordered product variant is in stock, we will either resend the item or issue a refund.
If you simply don’t like the item:
You may return the product within 15 days and provide a tracking number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by applying for a refund or return.
We will reply to your request within 24 hours on weekdays. Once confirmed, refunds will be returned to your IYANKA Balance within 3 business days.
SHIPPING GUARANTEE
IYANKA supports a full refund or resend if your package has not been delivered successfully 45 days (65 days for South America) after shipping, based on tracking information.
